Carl Figueroa is admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, Northern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Figueroa received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Pace University and a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Figueroa has extensive and significant experience as a litigation and coverage analysis attorney. He has represented various insurers and self-insured corporate clients from inception to trial and appeals in an array of matters. This has included premises liability, motor vehicle liability, professional liability, construction liability, contractual indemnity, product liability and toxic tort. He has overseen multi-state asbestos litigation in various states where he is admitted and licensed to practice law, and has defended many individual clients in high-value asbestos cases.

Mr. Figueroa is a trained and qualified Court-Approved Civil Mediator by the State of New Jersey, and is chosen by an assignment judge to handle a multitude of mediation matters. Mr. Figueroa was also appointed to be an Arbitrator as a member of the Statutory Arbitration Program for Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren counties (Vicinage 13). He has also served as a Barrister with the Brennan Vanderbilt Inn of Court.

During his free time, Carl enjoys spending time with his family, attending church, reading, exercising, and practicing various forms of self-defense disciplines.
