Nicole maintains an estate planning and real property practice, where she enjoys helping clients leave a legacy for their families and plan for their future. In 2012, Nicole was named a Rising Star for Estate Litigation in 2012 by Philadelphia Magazine. Only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys who are 40 years of age or younger or have been practicing for less than ten years are selected each year as a Rising Star. In 2022, Nicole was named a Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine for Pennsylvania, an honor bestowed upon no more than 5% of practicing attorneys in each state. Nicole also has significant experience handling matters in the Surrogate’s Courts of New York, New Jersey, and Orphans’ Court in Pennsylvania. Nicole has conducted numerous trials in both state and federal court.
In addition to wills and powers of attorney, Nicole has drafted deeds, special needs trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and revocable living trusts, among other instruments. Nicole is a member of WealthCounsel, Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Probate, Trust and Real Property Section, the New York Bar Association Trust and Estates Section, the New Jersey State Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Montgomery County and Philadelphia County Estate Planning Councils. Nicole also contributes to and benefits from peer input while keeping abreast of ongoing changes in the law.
Additionally, Nicole often counsels clients who seek to benefit religious and other charitable organizations both during life and as part of their estate plan. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys the company of family and friends and volunteering in her community.
